A complete Telegram subscription-sales system that handles everything from user intake to payment, VIP channel membership, renewals and affiliate payouts — without human intervention.
The problem
Subscription sales were fully manual: users sent card receipts, admins checked them by eye, channel links were built by hand and expiry dates lived in Excel. The result: hours of delivery delay, forgotten renewals, constant affiliate disputes and forged receipts slipping through.
What we built
A modular aiogram 3 bot (handlers / routers / services) connected to Zarinpal and a P2P payment path. After payment confirmation the bot issues a one-time VIP link, records expiry in the database, sends automatic renewal reminders and removes expired users. Four separate dashboards were built for admin, finance, analyst and affiliates.
