A CRM bot that automatically verifies users' exchange UIDs on LBank and XT, tracks their status and keeps the whole pipeline visible to the team — replacing manual checks and messages.
The problem
Verifying each user's exchange UID was manual: admins copied IDs between exchange panels and chat threads, with frequent mistakes and no central record.
What we built
The bot connects to exchange APIs to validate UIDs automatically, records statuses in a CRM database and notifies the team only for exceptional cases.
